Returns & Exchange Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations
You have up to 24 hours (1 full day) after placing your order to request an address change, order adjustment, or cancellation. This window covers the initial processing stage when changes are still possible. Once this period has passed, your order will already be preparing for shipment and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We pride ourselves on delivering excellent quality, though errors can occasionally happen due to high order volumes. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please visit our returns centre to submit a request. After we verify the issue, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Orders Not Received
On rare occasions, delivery timelines can be affected by unexpected delays. If your order has not arrived within 28 days of purchase, please contact our support team so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
⚠️ Please note: We cannot take responsibility for undeliverable orders caused by missing, incorrect, or incomplete address details provided at checkout. In such cases, reshipping fees will apply. We are also not liable if a delivery fails because no one was available to accept the parcel.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached.   Orders that had custom personalised names printed on it can not be returned.
  • Requests can be initiated through our returns centre.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping as return labels are not currently provided.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Go to the returns centre and enter your order number with your contact details.
  2. Select the item you wish to return or exchange and follow the steps provided.
  3. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to review your request.
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions.

Note: Delivery times for exchanges vary depending on your location.

Refund Processing
After we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund and send it back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 2–5 business days.
