Delivery Time
We offer free worldwide shipping. It takes on average 2-3 days to process and dispatch an order.
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time varies depending on which country your item is being sent to. Please be aware these are estimations and sometimes delivery services can have unforeseen delays which are out of our control.

- Europe : 10-20 business days
- USA and Canada: 10-20 business days

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check that your shipping details are accurate when placing your order.
If you realise there’s a mistake in your address, don’t worry—just get in touch with us as soon as possible.
We allow up to 24 hours (1 day) to make changes, cancellations, or address updates. After that, your order will already be on its way through processing and can’t be adjusted.
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during delivery, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue.
